Plan Things in Advance

Eat a healthy balanced diet, with plenty of energy boosting snacks, and drink 8 glasses of water every day. Make sure to try and get some exercise too, even if it’s just a brisk walk. Exercise and fresh air are great for not only your physical health, but also your mood.
